I am sure we can all agree as educators that one of the things we hear the most from our Future Professionals is that they are afraid to take a service.  This seems to be especially true for men�s cuts.  How many times, if any, have they had the opportunity to work on a male guest?

Salon floor workshops during downtime may not be the all-inclusive fix to their fears, but it�s a great place to start!  As our team lead says,� the Salon floor is our largest classroom.�  In light of that, are we utilizing our time on the Salon floor to model techniques and to invite them to experience hand�s on during a workshop?

Our Future Professionals have the answer on where they feel they need further instruction.  Want to know what to show the FPs?
