I am sure we can all agree as educators that one of the things we hear the most from our Future Professionals is that they are afraid to take a service.聽 This seems to be especially true for men檚 cuts.聽 How many times, if any, have they had the opportunity to work on a male guest?

Salon floor workshops during downtime may not be the all-inclusive fix to their fears, but it檚 a great place to start!聽 As our team lead says,� the Salon floor is our largest classroom.澛� In light of that, are we utilizing our time on the Salon floor to model techniques and to invite them to experience hand檚 on during a workshop?
